It may be of benefit for you to read the following before using our website, sending us emails, of interacting with us in any way.

• When you place an order with us you are agreeing to purchase goods from us.
• Once we have received your order we will send it to our dispatch team who aim to pick and pack your order as soon as possible. Time scale for this depends on your selected delivery type upon checking out.
• All orders are sent out with royal mail. Standard shipping costs are £1.95. Priority shipping is £8.95 per package, and is shipped as guaranteed next day delivery by 1pm. There is free standard delivery on all orders over £40. Our products are shipped across the UK, please note that some post codes do have a slightly longer delivery time.
• In the unlikely event that goods are no longer available or we have made a pricing mistake we will advise you of this, refund your money, but there will be no contract between us on this item.
• All images on the website are for illustrative purposes only and due to the natural composition of our products there could be some variation in that actual product you receive. We aim to be as accurate as possible, all information provided is approximate and given in good faith.
• By agreeing to these terms and conditions you agree that the information you have provided is true, accurate, and current in all respects, and you agree not to use or impersonate any other person
• We take all reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep all of your details and payment information secure. In the event of a breach that is in absence of our negligence we cannot be held accountable for any loss of data that may occur in the use of our website
• You will be required to pay for any purchases in full at the time of ordering.
• Promotional prices may be subject to availability, and unless otherwise stated, exclusive of all other vouchers, discounts, promotions. Limit of one per customer may be another condition. We reserve the right to end, alter, or extend any promotion at any time, without notice.
• All prices are quoted in GBP
• Once your order has been placed, changes may not be possible without incurring additional charges or delays to you order
• If your goods are lost or damaged in transit please let us know promptly and if we can assist in any claim
• Deliveries are made on the condition that there is reasonable and safe delivery of the goods. If there are any special delivery requirements or conditions please let us know at the time of ordering. We will not be held responsible for any goods that are damaged or lost due to the delivery being left unattended.
• We do not accept any liability for any result in feeding or administering the products that we sell. You are responsible for how you use our products.
• We are unable to return goods or give refunds on perishable items such as dog treats, unless the packaging is faulty, or the product is not as described.
• Feeding Guide: Giving your dog a treat is a form of affection, and part of a balanced diet. Just be careful not to give too many in one go, just like us, dogs shouldn’t have too much of a good thing. Please remember to make sure fresh water is available at all times. Supervision is recommended, not suitable for puppies under 4 months old. All treats should be given on a non-stainable surface.
